TSic; series of high-precision temperature sensors
The Tsic product range consists of integrated chips and calibrated temperature sensors. Internally, a signal converter for analog or digital signal output is integrated. It provides measurement accuracy from + 0.5 C to very low + 0.1 degrees C, and has (0.1 degrees C) to as high as (0.034 degrees C, 0.004 C) signal resolution to optimize temperature control. Using Tsic measurements is very simple, and it not only provides excellent accuracy, but also has long time stability. Because of its low power consumption (typically 30 A), it is also ideal for data recorders, digital thermometers, and temperature monitoring and measurement applications.

TSic protocol for ZACwire communication
ZACwire is a single line bidirectional communication protocol. Bit encoding is similar to the clock signal embedded in the data signal in the Manchester code (the falling edge of the signal is generated in fixed cycles). Thus, the protocol is insensitive to differences in baud rates between two IC communications.
In the end user application, the TSic transmits temperature information, and another IC (usually MCU) reads through the ZACwire
Temperature data.
TSic temperature transfer package
TSic sends packets of 1 bytes in length. The package consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits and a parity bit
A. The baud rate is 8kHz (125us interface). The signal is usually high when the transmission begins and the start signal is tight
